PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting control film in which flickering is difficult to recognize when external light is observed through the lighting control film, and a power supply method for a lighting control film.SOLUTION: A lighting control film 1 includes: a planar transparent electrode 11, 16 arranged on a substrate 6, 15 and having a feeding point P0 connected to a drive power source 20; and electrical wiring 21, 21a, 21b electrically connected to the transparent electrode 11, 16. The feeding point P0 is arranged at an outer edge part of the substrate 6, 15. The electrical wiring 21, 21a, 21b extends from the feeding point P0 along the outer edge part of the transparent electrode 11, 16, and is electrically connected to the transparent electrode 11, 16 at a junction point P1, P2 provided at a location different from the feeding point P0.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
