PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which is simple in a constitution, and can suppress oscillation caused by a wave and a wind which cannot be predicted on the sea, and an oscillation suppression method of a suspended cargo.SOLUTION: A structure 1 which is composed of a pedestal 3 having wheels 7, an absorption part 5 arranged at an upper part of the pedestal 3, and having an absorption function, and a timbering material 13 or the like for preventing a fall of the structure 1 is arranged in a prescribed position on a hull 2, the wheels 7 are accommodated in the pedestal 3, and a position of the structure 1 is fixed. The absorption part 5 is composed of a wall-shaped support body 9, and a buffer material 11 which is arranged along the support body 9. A suspended cargo 15 is hung to a crane around the same time of the installation of the structure 1. Then, the suspended cargo 15 is hung down to a prescribed position of the hull 2 while supporting the oscillation of the suspended cargo 15 by making the suspended cargo 15 abut on the buffer material 11 of the absorption part 5 of the structure 1 which is arranged on a ship.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】構成が簡単であり、洋上において予測不能な波および風による揺れを抑制することができる構造体および吊り荷の動揺抑制方法を提供すること。【解決手段】車輪7を有する架台3、架台3の上部に設けられて吸収機能を有する吸収部5、構造体1の転倒を防止するための支保材13等からなる構造体1を、船体2上の所定の位置に配置し、車輪7を架台3内に収納して、構造物1の位置を固定する。吸収部5は、壁状の支持体9と支持体9に沿って配置された緩衝材11とからなるものとする。構造体1の設置と前後して、クレーンに吊り荷15を吊る。そして、船上に設置した構造体1の吸収部5の緩衝材11に吊り荷15を当接させることによって吊り荷15の動揺を抑制しつつ、吊り荷15を船体2上の所定の位置に吊り降ろす。【選択図】図1
