PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure desired sharing ground fault resistance in a fuel cell system, which satisfies legal requirements of a cooling system even when a vehicle is left unattended.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle fuel cell system 10 includes a fuel cell stack 14 and includes a radiator 52, a supply pipeline 54a, a discharge pipeline 54b, a bypass pipeline 56, and an ion exchanger 58 in a cooling system. In a radiator cleaning processing method of the on-vehicle fuel cell system 10, power generation of the fuel cell stack 14 is performed to increase a temperature of a refrigerant in a state where a vehicle 12 is stopped. Further, cleaning processing, in which the refrigerant is circulated in the radiator 52 and ions discharged from the radiator 52 are removed by the ion exchanger 58, is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
