PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve slidability of a wedge that stops relative rotation of a recliner.SOLUTION: A recliner 4 of a stepless type has: a lower gear 10 and an upper gear 20 for performing relative rotation by the movement of varying the engagement position between mutual gear-wheels 11, 21; a cylindrical part 22 protruding from the central part of the upper gear 20; a circular hole 12 opened in the center of the lower gear 10 in a shape to receive the cylindrical part 22; a wedge 40 pushed in the circumferential direction by biasing in a gap between the circular hole 12 and the cylindrical part 22 and stopping the relative rotation between both gears 10, 20; and a hinge bushing 60 for pushing and rotating the wedge 40 in the circumferential direction by the rotation. The hinge bushing 60 has a cover part 61 for covering up the circular hole 12 from the outside, a shaft part 62 inserted in the cylindrical part 22 and pivoted, and a protrusion 64 for performing regulation by the tip abutment with the cylindrical part 22 so as to open the gap between a covering part 61 for covering an axial assembling position to the cylindrical part 22 and the wedge 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11

    【課題】リクライナの相対回転を止めるウェッジの摺動性を向上させること。【解決手段】無段式のリクライナ4であって、互いの歯車11,21同士の噛合位置を変化させる動きにより相対回転を行うロアギア10及びアッパギア20と、アッパギア20の中心部から突出する円筒部22と、円筒部22を受け入れる形でロアギア10の中心部に空けられた円孔12と、円孔12と円筒部22との間の隙間内で付勢により周方向に押し詰められて両ギア10,20間の相対回転を止めるウェッジ40と、回転によりウェッジ40を周方向に押し回すヒンジブッシュ60とを有する。ヒンジブッシュ60は、円孔12を外側から覆う覆い部61と、円筒部22内に差し込まれて軸支される軸部62と、円筒部22に対する軸方向の組み付け位置を覆い部61とウェッジ40との間に軸方向の隙間が空けられるように円筒部22に先当たりして規制する突起部64を有する。【選択図】図11
