PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable lifting and fixing of a tower to be easily and safely performed in a spar-type offshore wind power generation facility in which the tower is housed in a floating body and is lifted and fixed by a tower lifting facility during installation at sea.SOLUTION: An offshore wind power generation facility comprises: a floating body 2; mooring cables 4, 4 ...; a tower 5; and a nacelle 6 and multiple wind turbine blades 7, 7 ... which are installed at a top part of the tower 5. The floating body 2 has a bottomed hollow part opening at an upper end part. An entire part or a large part of the lower end side of the tower 5 may be housed in the floating body, and the tower 5 may be lifted by a tower lifting facility. The offshore wind power generation facility integrally includes a shaft structure 8 continuing into a lower end of the tower 5. Vertical movement of the shaft structure 8 is guided by a guide member provided in the floating body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】浮体内部にタワーが収容され、海上での施工時にタワー昇降設備によってタワーを引上げ、固定するようにしたスパー型洋上風力発電設備において、前記タワーの引上げ及び固定作業を容易かつ安全に設置が行えるようにする。【解決手段】浮体2と、係留索4、4…と、タワー5と、タワー5の頂部に設備されるナセル6及び複数の風車ブレード7,7…とからなり、前記浮体2は、上端部を開口させた有底中空部を有するスパー型の浮体構造とし、前記タワー5は全部又は下端側の大部分が前記浮体内部に収容可能とされるとともに、前記タワー5がタワー昇降設備によって昇降自在とされた洋上風力発電設備において、前記タワー5の下端に連続してシャフト構造体8を一体的に備えるとともに、前記シャフト構造体8は、浮体内部に設けられたガイド部材によって鉛直方向の移動が案内されている。【選択図】図1
