The basic target steering angle setting part 51 sets a left basic target steering angle δand a right basic target steering angle δbased on a steering angle θh detected by a steering angle sensor 8. The left target steering angle calculation part 52 performs high frequency component reduction processing for reducing a high frequency component of the left basic target steering angle δwhen right turning.
