PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring radar traffic, strong for a dark place or bad weather and capable of easily placing an apparatus, enhancing the accuracy of detection of distance and velocity, easily processing a correlation between images for each time and monitoring a large area when automatically measuring radar traffic without using manpower.SOLUTION: A device M for measuring radar traffic comprises: a reflection intensity acquisition part 1 for acquiring information on reflection intensity at a position using a radar installation position as a reference and in a space using velocity as a coordinate axis about a reflection radar signal from a road on which a traffic is measured; a target signal detection part 2 for detecting the position and velocity of a reflection signal derived from a traffic measured target as a target signal at the position using the radar installation position as the reference and in the space using the velocity as the coordinate axis about the information on reflection intensity; and a clustering part 4 for forming a cluster according to at least one of adjacency levels out of the position and velocity of the target signal about the target signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】人手によらず自動的に交通量を計測するにあたり、暗所や悪天候に強くし、機器の設置を容易にし、距離や速度の検出の精度を高くし、時刻毎の画像間の相関の処理を容易にし、広範囲を監視する。【解決手段】交通量の計測対象の道路上からの反射レーダ信号について、レーダ設置位置を基準とする位置及び速度を座標軸とする空間内において、反射強度の情報を取得する反射強度取得部1と、上記の反射強度の情報について、レーダ設置位置を基準とする位置及び速度を座標軸とする空間内において、交通量の計測対象の物標に由来する反射信号の位置及び速度を物標信号として検出する物標信号検出部2と、物標信号について、物標信号の位置及び速度のうち少なくともいずれかの近接程度に応じて、クラスタを構成するクラスタリング部4と、を備えるレーダ交通量計測装置Mである。【選択図】図1
