PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buoy type wave height measurement device capable of easily installing a buoy used for measurement and capable of measuring an accurate wave height in a construction site or the like quick in the water surface fluctuation.SOLUTION: In a buoy type wave height measurement device, a buoy 10 floated on a water surface includes: a basket 11 floated on the water surface in an anchored state; and a floating body 12 for measurement movably stored in the basket 11. A permeability peripheral wall having permeability in an outer periphery of the basket 11 and is configured to calculate or measure a wave height on the basis of a vertical displacement of the floating body 12 for measurement which follows a surface fluctuation inside the basket 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】計測に用いるブイを容易に設置でき、水面変動の速い工事現場等において正確な波高計測が可能なブイ式波高計測装置の提供。【解決手段】ブイ式波高計測装置では、水面に浮かべられるブイ10が、係留された状態で水面に浮かべられる籠体11と、籠体11内に移動自在に収容された計測用浮体12とを備え、籠体11の外周に透水性を有する透過性周壁を備え、籠体11内で水面変動に追従する計測用浮体12の上下変位に基づいて波高を算出又は計測するようにしている。【選択図】図1
