PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance work management device for elevators capable of extracting an elevator provided with an apparatus having the possibility of causing a failure and preventing unnecessary maintenance work from being executed.SOLUTION: The maintenance work management device includes: a determination reference image 16 being an image of a maintenance object 5 in a prescribed state; determination means 17 for comparing an image of the maintenance object 5 imaged by a camera 15 held by a maintenance worker 4 with the determination reference image 16 to be able to extract that difference is equal to or more than a prescribed threshold; a database 25 for storing images, the difference of which is less than the prescribed threshold among picked-up images of the maintenance object 5 due to the determination means 17; and reference change means 18 for updating the prescribed threshold on the basis of the past failure information of the maintenance object 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
