PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat control device that can suppress an occupant from being obliged to take a tight posture during executing auto operation.SOLUTION: An ECU 16 as a control portion and an operation order setting portion performs auto operation by which position adjustment is automatically performed so that operation positions of a plurality of seat elements SE correspond to prescribed seat positions respectively when prescribed conditions are satisfied. The ECU 16 performs control, when adjusting the operation positions of the plurality of seat elements SE by the auto operation, so that position adjustment of one seat element, of the plurality of seat elements SE at the time when the prescribed conditions are satisfied, which moves in a direction in which the element enters a seated-occupant occupying space which is occupied on a seat 1 by an occupant seated on the seat 1 at a seat position at such time, is started after starting position adjustment of other seat elements which move in a direction in which the elements separate from the seated-occupant occupying space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】オート動作の実行時において乗員が窮屈な姿勢となることを抑制できる車両用シート制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】制御部及び動作順序設定部としてのECU16は、所定条件の成立により、各シート要素SEの動作位置が所定シート位置に対応する動作位置となるように自動で位置調整するオート動作を行う。そして、ECU16は、オート動作で複数のシート要素SEの動作位置を調整する場合において、所定条件が成立した時点での該複数のシート要素SEのうち、同時点でのシート位置にあるシート1に着座する乗員が該シート1上で占有する着座乗員占有空間内に進入する方向に移動する一のシート要素の位置調整の開始を、該着座乗員占有空間から離れる方向に移動する他のシート要素の位置調整の開始以降とする。【選択図】図1
