PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railway vehicle comprising a centralized air-cooling device body including an air-cooling device body, and a duct connected with the air-cooling device body capable of causing a cool air flowing through the duct to be blown vertically downward from a blowing port.SOLUTION: A duct component 6 is disposed on a side surface of a duct part 64, and connected with the duct part 64 through a ventilation hole 63a, and provided with a plenum chamber 65 formed with a blowing port 65a on a lower surface.
