PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid other members from being excessively depressed into a gap between a first structure and a second structure as much as possible.SOLUTION: A vehicle indoor structure is provided with: a first structure 6; a second structure 8 arranged adjacent to the first structure 6; and another member (a seat belt 12) arranged on a side of the designed surface of at least one of the first structure 6 and the second structure 8. A depression-regulating part 30 regulating the movement of the other member (seat belt 12) to depress into the gap between the first structure 6 and the second structure 8, is mounted on at least one of the first structure 6 and the second structure 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
