PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear frame structure which allows an accessory part to be attached thereto and has high rigidity while inhibiting increase of the weight.SOLUTION: A rear frame structure 2 of a motor cycle is provided at a rear side of a main frame 1. The rear frame structure 2 includes: a first frame member 21 extending rearward from the main frame 1; a reinforcement member 24 protruding downward from the first frame member 21 and joined to the first frame member 21 at a joint portion 23 extending in a fore and aft direction along the first frame member 21; and a second frame member 22 which extends from the main frame 1 while inclining upward toward the rear side and is joined to the reinforcement member 24 on a rear end surface 22a.
