PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deformation of a reflection surface due to oscillation of a mirror part, with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A movable device 13 comprises: a mirror part 101 including a reflection surface 14; a driving system including first drive parts 110a, 110b oscillating the mirror part 101 about a first axis (rotation axis); a first piezoelectric material provided on a first portion of a surface (rear face) of the mirror part 101 opposite to the reflection surface 14; and a second piezoelectric material provided on a second portion of the rear face of the mirror part 101, and applied with a voltage generated in the first piezoelectric material by the oscillation of mirror part 101. In application of the voltage, a deformation direction of the second piezoelectric material is opposite to a deformation direction of the second portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19

    【課題】 簡易な構成により、ミラー部の揺動に伴う反射面の変形を抑えることができる。【解決手段】 可動装置13は、反射面14を有するミラー部101と、ミラー部101を一軸(回転軸)周りに揺動させる、第1駆動部110a、110bを含む駆動系と、ミラー部101の反射面14とは反対側の面(裏面)の第1の部位に設けられた第1の圧電体と、ミラー部101の裏面の第2の部位に設けられ、ミラー部101の揺動に伴い第1の圧電体で発生した電圧が印加される第2の圧電体と、を備え、電圧が印加されたとき、第2の圧電体の変形方向は第2の部位の変形方向とは逆向きである。【選択図】図19
