PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underframe having a light weight and rigidity.SOLUTION: An underframe 10 having a side beam 12 made of a stainless steel and a transverse beam 16 made of an aluminum alloy, in which a connection member 20, which has a projected adapter 21, is provided on an inner face of a web 12c of the side beam 12, and an insertion hole 16h, in which the adapter 21 is inserted, is provided at an end of the transverse beam 16. A weight of this underframe can be further saved compared with a conventional underframe. Further, since a weight of the whole vehicle can be saved, a cost required for operation thereof can be also reduced. In addition, since a load on a rail track can be saved, also a service life of the rail track can be extended, whereby an effect on cost reduction can be exhibited.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】軽量かつ剛性を有する台枠を提供する。【解決手段】ステンレス製の側梁12と、アルミ合金製の横梁16を有し、前記側梁12のウエブ12c内面には突設されたアダプタ21を有する連結材20が配され、前記横梁16の端部には、前記アダプタ21が挿着される挿着穴16hが設けられていることを特徴とする台枠10は、従来の台枠より軽量化が可能になる。また、車両全体が軽量化されるので、運行にかかるコストも低減できる。また、軌道にかかる負担も少なくなるので、軌道寿命も延び、この点からもコスト低減に効果がある。【選択図】図2
