PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle and vehicle battery state detection system that can accurately estimate SOH while suppressing the number of steps for engineering/development.SOLUTION: A DOD calculation unit 102 calculates a discharge depth (DOD) upon travelling. In a deterioration level increment value map 103, a relation between the discharge depth DOD in a standard battery and deterioration level increment value ΔSOH therein is registered for each temperature T. In an active material density correction coefficient map 104, a relation between the discharge depth DOD and an active material density correction coefficient P is preliminarily registered for each positive electrode active material density. A deterioration level increment value correction unit 105 is configured to calculate a post-corrected deterioration increment value ΔSOH_r on the basis of the deterioration increment value ΔSOH corresponding to a calculation result of the DOD and the temperature T, a correction coefficient P corresponding to the DOD and active material density of an on-board lead battery 12, and a full charge capacity C0 of the standard battery.
