PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a route guide method that, when a plurality of routes from a departure point to a destination exists and traffic congestion occurs in any of the plurality of routes, can disperse each vehicle to the plurality of routes so as not to lower a satisfaction level of crew members of a plurality of entire vehicles flowing to the plurality of routes.SOLUTION: A route guide method includes the steps of: predicting a flowing vehicle group for each of a plurality of routes up to a destination from a departure point, and thereby predicting a traffic congestion route of the plurality of routes (S12 to S14); and allocating a part of the vehicle group predicted to flow to the traffic congestion route to a non-congestion route so as to give priority to a matching vehicle in a coincidence degree of a taste property of the crew member with respect to a characteristic of a non-congestion route different from the congestion route of the plurality of routes (S15).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】出発地から目的地までの複数の経路が存在し、複数の経路のいずれかで渋滞が発生する場合に、複数の経路に流入する複数の車両全体での乗員の満足度を低下させないように各車両を複数の経路に分散させることができる経路案内方法を提供する。【解決手段】出発地から目的地までに至る複数の経路毎に流入する車両群を予測することにより、複数の経路のうちの渋滞路を予測するステップ(S12〜S14)と、渋滞路に流入すると予測された車両群の一部を、複数の経路のうちの渋滞路とは異なる非渋滞路の特性に対する乗員の嗜好性の合致度が一致する車両を優先するように、非渋滞路に配分するステップ(S15)とを含む。【選択図】図4
