PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber molding capable of improving on-ice performance and wet performance more than conventional levels.SOLUTION: This rubber molding has a plurality of regions A in which the arithmetic average roughness Ra of surfaces is 2 μm or lower and a plurality of regions B in which the arithmetic average roughness Ra 3 μm or higher, these regions being independent of each other, and is characterized in that the maximum lengths L1 of the regions A and/or B extend roughly in the same direction, the ratios L1/L2 of the maximum lengths L1 to second maximum lengths L2 in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the maximum lengths L1 are 1.1 or higher, and the ratios Sa/Sb of the areas Sa of the regions A to the areas Sb of the regions B are 10/90 to 90/10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
