PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seating determination device which can further accurately determine whether or not an occupant is seated on a driver's seat at automatic drive.SOLUTION: A detection result acquisition part F3 sequentially acquires data indicating a pressure distribution acting on a seating face from a pressure-sensitive film sensor 3 arranged at the seating face of a driver's seat. A first processing part F41 creates manual-operation pattern data indicating an inclination of a pressure distribution acting on the seating face at the manual device on the basis of a plurality of pieces of the pressure distribution data which are acquired by the detection result acquisition part F3 when an own vehicle is in a manual drive mode. A second processing part F42 creates automatic drive pattern data indicating an inclination of a pressure distribution acting on the seating face at automatic drive on the basis of a plurality of pieces of the pressure distribution data which are acquired by the detection result acquisition part F3 when the own vehicle is in an automatic drive mode. Then, a seating determination part F5 determines whether or not an occupant is seated on the driver's seat by comparing the manual drive pattern data and the automatic drive pattern data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】自動運転中において乗員が運転席に着座しているか否かをより精度良く判定可能な着座判定装置を提供する。【解決手段】検出結果取得部F3は、運転席の着座面に設けられた感圧フィルムセンサ3から、着座面に作用する圧力分布を示すデータを逐次取得する。第1処理部F41は、自車両が手動運転モードとなっている場合に検出結果取得部F3が取得した複数の圧力分布データを元に、手動運転時に着座面に作用する圧力分布の傾向を示す手動時パターンデータを生成する。また、第2処理部F42は、自車両が自動運転モードとなっている場合に検出結果取得部F3が取得した複数の圧力分布データを元に、自動運転時に着座面に作用する圧力分布の傾向を示す自動時パターンデータを生成する。そして、着座判定部F5は、手動時パターンデータと自動時パターンデータとを比較することで、運転席に乗員が着座しているか否かを判定する。【選択図】図1
