PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving body detection system that can highly accurately detect existence of a bicycle in a proximity communication area, and can also detect the bicycle existing at a location farther than the proximity communication area.SOLUTION: A moving body communication device comprises: a vehicle packet creation unit 103 that creates a vehicle packet including a vehicle ID; an LF transmission unit 104; an RF reception unit 105; an ID restoration unit 106 and a vehicle ID collation unit 107 that, when the RF reception unit 105 receives a cycle packet, determine whether vehicle ID restoration data is included in the cycle packet, and a vehicle ID created from the vehicle ID restoration data by itself can be extracted; and a proximity decision unit 109 that, when the vehicle ID can be extracted, decides that a bicycle exists in a proximity communication area, and when the cycle packet is received but the vehicle ID cannot be extracted, decides that the bicycle exists out of the proximity communication area and in a broad region communication area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】近傍通信エリアに自転車が存在することを精度よく検出でき、かつ、近傍通信エリアよりも遠い位置に存在している自転車を検出することもできる移動体検出システムを提供する。【解決手段】ビークルIDを含むビークルパケットを生成するビークルパケット生成部103と、LF送信部104と、RF受信部105と、RF受信部105がサイクルパケットを受信した場合に、サイクルパケットにビークルID復元データが含まれており、かつ、ビークルID復元データから自身が生成したビークルIDを抽出できたか否かを判断するID復元部106、ビークルID照合部107と、ビークルIDを抽出できた場合に、自転車は近傍通信エリアに存在していると判定し、サイクルパケットは受信したが、ビークルIDを抽出できなかった場合には、自転車は、近傍通信エリア外かつ広域通信エリア内に存在していると判定する近傍判定部109とを備える。【選択図】図2
