PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rear pressure bulkhead from blowout even when the rear pressure bulkhead is subject to complicated deformation due to actions of horizontal and vertical tail wings and/or tail wings during flight of a jet airplane, to enable safe flight.SOLUTION: A rear pressure bulkhead 1 comprises: an external surface cover rubber 2 formed in hemispherical shape; one or more canvas pieces 3 woven with high tensile strength threads such as nylon or polyester adhered onto the external surface cover rubber; an internal cover rubber 4 adhered onto the canvas pieces; a salient periphery 5 formed around the perimeter at a front end oriented inward; bolt insertion holes arranged at the same pitch in the perimeter of the salient periphery; short spring washers for holding the inner side of the salient periphery formed; several bolt insertion holes 6 arranged; and an APU high pressure air duct 8 formed in and attached to a lower part of the rear pressure bulkhead. The rear pressure bulkhead is installed onto a deformed T type frame 9 with high strength bolts and nuts 10 through the short spring washers 7 and round spring washers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ジェット機が飛行中、後部圧力隔壁が、水平、尾翼の作動で、複雑な変形作用を受けても、破裂せず、安全に飛行できるようにする。【解決手段】後部圧力隔壁1は、外面カバーゴム2を半球状に形成し、該外面カバーゴムの内面に、ナイロン、ポリエステル等の高張力の糸を織った1枚又は複数枚の帆布3を貼り付け、該帆布の上から内面カバーゴム4を貼り付け、前端の全周は、内側に向けて凸周5を形成し、凸周の内側全周に、ボルト通し孔を同ピッチで開け、また、凸周の内側を押さえる短尺バネ座金を形成してボルト通し孔6を数箇所開け、後部圧力隔壁の下部にはAPU高圧空気ダクト8を形成して取り付け、而して、後部圧力隔壁を変形T型フレーム9に、短尺バネ座金7と丸バネ座金を介して高強度のボルトナット10で取り付ける。【選択図】図2
