PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid-vehicular control apparatus capable of suppressing the deterioration of a power consumption rate in an EV travel mode.SOLUTION: In the case of a first motor-generator being likely to over-rotate, an engine is motored with the first motor-generator so as to maintain it at a first motor rotation speed Ng1; in the case of an engine revolution speed likely entering a resonance revolution speed zone A as a result of a vehicular speed increasing to a second vehicular speed V2, a first motor-generator rotation speed is controlled at a second motor rotation speed Ng2 an absolute value of which is smaller than that of the first motor rotation speed Ng1 so as to keep the engine revolution speed at a second engine revolution speed Ne2 that is higher than an upper limit of the resonance revolution speed zone A; and in the case of the vehicular speed exceeding the second vehicular speed V2, a first motor-generator rotation speed is controlled up to the first motor rotation speed Ng1 in accordance with a vehicular speed, with the engine revolution speed maintained at the second engine revolution speed Ne2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
