PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive heating element preventing a shaft of light and flickering while also suppressing uneven heat, and excellent in power generation efficiency.SOLUTION: A conductive heating element 5 includes: a plurality of curved heating elements 32 arranged to be apart from each other in a first direction and extending in a second direction crossing the first direction; and a pair of electrodes arranged to be apart from each other in the second direction and connected to both ends of each of the curved heating elements, respectively. The ratio obtained by dividing the total length of each of the curved heating elements in the second direction by a minimum distance between both ends of each of the curved heating elements is 1.01 or more and 1.15 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
