PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the deterioration of a piping system by switching an air compressor into a no-load operation state depending on the temperature of compressed air.SOLUTION: A compressed air supply device includes an air compressor 10, an air tank 30 connected to the air compressor 10 via pipes 51-53 and adapted to be filled with compressed air supplied from the air compressor 10, an air governor 40 to be opened when an air pressure in the air tank 30 reaches a predetermined threshold value pressure, an unload valve 17 to be actuated when the air governor 40 is opened, for forcibly opening a suction valve 15 of the air compressor 30 to switch the air compressor 10 into the no-load operation state, a temperature sensor 60 for acquiring the temperature of the compressed air forcibly fed by the air compressor 10, and a forcibly opening mechanism 70 for, when the temperature of the compressed air reaches the predetermined threshold value temperature, forcibly opening the air governor 40 to switch the air compressor 10 into the no-load operation state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】圧縮空気の温度に応じてエアコンプレッサを無負荷運転状態に切り替えることで、配管系の劣化を効果的に防止する。【解決手段】エアコンプレッサ10と、エアコンプレッサ10に配管51〜53を介して接続されて、エアコンプレッサ10から供給される圧縮空気が充填されるエアタンク30と、エアタンク30内の空気圧力が所定の閾値圧力に達すると開放されるエアガバナ40と、エアガバナ40が開放されると作動して、エアコンプレッサ30の吸入弁15を強制的に開弁し、エアコンプレッサ10を無負荷運転状態に切り替えるアンロード弁17と、エアコンプレッサ10により圧送される圧縮空気の温度を取得する温度センサ60と、圧縮空気の温度が所定の閾値温度に達すると、エアガバナ40を強制的に開放してエアコンプレッサ10を無負荷運転状態に切り替える強制開放機構70とを備えた。【選択図】図1
