PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery that is mounted on an electronic vehicle or the like and highly convenient.SOLUTION: A battery control system includes: a battery including a battery cell contained in an enclosure, a connector unit for detachably holding a SIM, a position acquisition unit for acquiring a position, and a radio unit for transmitting residual power of the battery cell and positional information indicating the position by radio communication using information recorded in the SIM; and a battery control device including a battery information reception unit for receiving the residual power and positional information from the battery, a demand state derivation unit for deriving a demand state of power on the basis of the residual power and positions of a plurality of batteries, and a movement instruction transmission unit for transmitting movement instructions to a battery movable autonomously among the batteries on the basis of the demand state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
