PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bracket for a vibration control device having a new structure which secures deformation rigidity to enable a resonance frequency to be set to a sufficiently high frequency while achieving weight reduction by resinification and reduction of manufacturing costs, and to provide a vibration control device with a bracket which uses the bracket.SOLUTION: A bracket 14 for a vibration control device includes: an attachment part 40 to which a vibration control device body 12 is attached; and multiple attachment parts 32 attached to a structure member 52 of a vibration transmission system.
