PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dissimilar material adhesion structure capable of efficiently dispersing a stress applied to a joint part upon heat expansion or heat shrinkage of a joint part and capable of preventing exposure of an adhesion part to a joint part external part.SOLUTION: A dissimilar material adhesion structure allows end regions of first and second joint members which have thermal expansion coefficients different from each other and are arranged along a first direction to be joined to each other by using an adhesion part containing an adhesive. In such a structure, the end region of the first joint member is bent in an L-shape or J-shape so as to have a base part elongated in the first direction and a flange part elongated from a tip of the base part, the end region of the second joint member is bent so as to have a base part elongated in the second direction intersecting the first direction and a flange part arranged along the first direction, and the adhesion part is sandwiched between the base part of the L-shaped end region and the flange part of the second joint member or the flange part of the second joint member is embedded into an adhesion part arranged in a concave space of the J-shaped end region on the first joint member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】接合体の熱膨張又は熱収縮時に接合部分に加わる応力を効率的に分散できると共に、接合体外部への接着部の露出を防止できる異種材料接着構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、互いに異なる熱膨張率を有すると共に第1の方向に沿った第1及び第2の接合部材の端領域が接着剤を含む接着部用いて互いに接合される、異種材料接着構造に関する。かかる構造では、第1の接合部材の端領域が、第1の方向に延びる基部と、該基部の先端から延びるフランジ部とを有するようにL字又はJ字形状に曲がり、第2の接合部材の端領域が、第1の方向と交差する第2の方向に延びる基部と、第1の方向に沿ったフランジ部とを有するように曲がり、接着部が第1の接合部材におけるL字形状の端領域の基部及び第2の接合部材のフランジ部に挟まれるか、又は第1の接合部材におけるJ字形状の端領域の凹状空間内に配置された接着部に、第2の接合部材のフランジ部が埋め込まれる。【選択図】図1
