PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubeless spoke wheel, in which a rim and a hub are connected in a wire-state spoke, in which the rim is not formed with a through hole, in which the width of the rim in a vehicle width direction is narrowed to avoid an interference with stones or the like, and in which a spoke is thinned to reduce the weight.SOLUTION: A ring-shaped protrusion 25 disposed at the vehicle width direction center part of a rim 21 is formed with a plurality of female threads 40b in the circumferential direction, and a hollow connection member 41 having a male screw 43 formed in the outer circumference is screwed. With the connection member 41, the leading end side of a spoke 18 is rotatably engaged in advance. The spoke 18 is bent outside of the connection member 41 and is inclined toward a hub 14 so that the base end part is connected through a nipple 60 to the right flange 31 or the left flange 32 of the hub 14. The spoke 18 is connected to the ring-shaped protrusion 25 thereby to narrow the width of the rim 21 in the vehicle width direction width, and the spoke 18 is rotatably supported to the connection member 41 so that the stress is dispersed to thin the spoke 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】リムとハブをワイヤ状のスポークで連結したチューブレススポークホイールにおいて、リムに貫通孔を設けず、かつリムの車幅方向幅を狭くして石等との干渉を避け、さらにスポークを細くして軽量化を図る。【解決手段】リム21の車幅方向中央部に設けたリング状突部25に複数の雌ネジ40bを周方向へ形成し、中空で外周に雄ネジ43が形成されている連結部材41をネジ結合する。連結部材41には予めスポーク18の先端部側が回転可能に係合されている。スポーク18は連結部材41の外で曲がり、傾斜してハブ14へ向かい、基端部がハブ14の右フランジ31又は左フランジ32へニップル60を介して連結される。スポーク18をリング状突部25へ連結することでリム21の車幅方向幅を狭くし、スポーク18を連結部材41へ回転可能に支持することで、応力を分散させてスポーク18を細くする。【選択図】図3
