PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular parking and stopping control system in which migration to parking maintenance control is prevented by determining that a driver is not present although the driver is present, during stopping maintenance control operation.SOLUTION: A vehicular parking and stopping control system 10 includes: stopping maintenance means 30; parking maintenance means 32 which continues to apply braking to a vehicle until parking operation is released even when advancing operation is actuated, when a prescribed parking operation has been executed; driver presence determination means 13 which determines whether a driver of a vehicle is present; and a controller 28 which controls the parking maintenance means 32 to operate, when determined that a driver is absent by the driver presence determination means 13, during operation of the stopping maintenance means 30. In the vehicular parking and stopping control system, the driver presence determination means 13 includes a plurality of different determination criteria, and executes determination of absence for all the determination criteria when determined that a driver is absent, and the controller 28 controls a vehicle to be in a parking operation state when determined that a driver is absent by the driver presence determination means 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】停車維持制御作動中に、運転者が在席していても在席していないと判定されることにより駐車維持制御へ移行されることを防止した駐停車制御システムを提供すること。【解決手段】停車維持手段30と、所定の駐車操作がなされた時に、進行操作がなされても駐車操作が解除されるまで車両に制動を掛け続ける駐車維持手段32と、車両の運転者の在席を判定する運転者在席判定手段13と、停車維持手段30が作動中に、運転者在席判定手段13により運転者が不在と判定した時に、駐車維持手段32を作動するように制御する制御部28と、を有する駐停車制御システム10において、運転者在席判定手段13はそれぞれ異なる複数の判定基準を有し全ての判定基準にて運転者不在と判定したときに不在の判定を行い、制御部28は、運転者在席判定手段13により不在判定がなされた時に車両を駐車操作がなされた状態とする。【選択図】図1
