PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set properly a load distribution at a collision time, when fitting an exterior member on a vehicle.SOLUTION: Stay members 10A, 10B, in which one side is fixed, extended downward and bent at least once or more to the outside in the vehicle width direction, and an exterior member 110 is fitted on the other side, respectively, are provided on side wall surfaces on both sides in the vehicle width direction of a vehicle body. The stay members 10A, 10B each have a flange part elongating at least to the outside in the vehicle width direction, on both ends in the vehicle longitudinal direction, and on a flange part, a reinforcement material is provided along a flange face, on at least a flange part on the inside in the vehicle longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
