PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute rescue of a driver sufficiently when an emergency occurs in which the driver cannot perform a vehicle driving operation.SOLUTION: A driver emergency response system (1) includes a vehicle side response device (2) and a center side response device (3). The vehicle side response device (2) includes a driving determination part (10) for determining whether or not driving a vehicle is possible based on a state of the driver, and a stop transmission part (10) for stopping the vehicle when driving the vehicle is not possible, and transmitting biological information on the driver and vehicle information to the center side response device (3), and an automatic driving part (17) for driving the vehicle to a destination automatically. The center side response device (3) includes an arrangement transmission part (23) for transmitting the information on arrangement of an ambulance, or the information on a location of a medical institution and the information for instructing automatic driving to the vehicle side response device (2) based on the biological information on the driver and the vehicle information. Upon receipt of the information for instructing automatic driving, the vehicle side response device (2) executes automatic driving with the location of the medical institution as a destination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】運転者が車両を運転操作できなくなるような緊急事態が発生したときに、運転者の救護を十分行なう。【解決手段】運転者緊急対応システム(1)は、車両側対応装置(2)とセンタ側対応装置(3)を備えた。車両側対応装置(2)は、運転者の状態に基づいて車両を運転できるか否かを判断する運転判断部(10)と、車両を運転できないときに、車両を停止させると共に、運転者の生体情報と車両情報をセンタ側対応装置(3)へ送信する停止送信部(10)と、車両を目的地まで自動運転する自動運転部(17)とを備えた。センタ側対応装置(3)は、運転者の生体情報と車両情報に基づいて、救急車を手配する、または、医療機関の位置の情報と自動運転を指示する情報とを車両側対応装置(2)へ送信する手配送信部(23)を備えた。車両側対応装置(2)は、自動運転を指示する情報を受信すると、医療機関の位置を目的地として自動運転を実行する。【選択図】図1
