PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a danger to be reported to a train promptly even when a reporter cannot move quickly when the danger occurs at a crossing.SOLUTION: A crossing emergency notification system includes a terminal device, a communication device for wirelessly communicating with the terminal device, and a warning issuing device for issuing a warning indicating an abnormality in a crossing when the communication device receives an emergency notification signal for notifying of an abnormality in the crossing from the terminal device. The terminal device includes a terminal position determination part for determining whether or not the terminal device is at a position in an emergency notification region determined according to the position of the crossing, a notification part for notifying that the terminal device is in a state to receive an emergency notification operation when the terminal position determination part determines that the terminal device is at a position in the emergency notification region, and an emergency notification signal transmission part for transmitting the emergency notification signal when the notification part notifies that the terminal device is in a state to receive the emergency notification operation, and the emergency notification operation is carried out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】踏切で危険が発生した場合に、通報者が迅速に移動できなくても、いち早く列車に危険を知らせられるようにする。【解決手段】踏切非常通知システムが、端末装置と、前記端末装置と無線通信する通信装置と、踏切内の異常を通知する非常通知信号を前記通信装置が前記端末装置から受信した場合、踏切内の異常を示す警報を出力する警報出力装置を備え、前記端末装置は、踏切の位置に応じて定められた非常通知領域内に前記端末装置が位置するか否かを判定する端末位置判定部と、前記端末装置が前記非常通知領域内に位置すると前記端末位置判定部が判定した場合、前記端末装置が非常通知操作を受ける状態にあることを通知する通知部と、前記通知部が、前記端末装置が非常通知操作を受ける状態にあることを通知しており、かつ、前記非常通知操作が行われた場合、前記非常通知信号を送信する非常通知信号送信部を備える。【選択図】図1
