PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing of an on-vehicle electronic apparatus which is light-weight and can dissipate heat generated on a built-in electric component to the outside with high heat dissipation efficiency.SOLUTION: In a housing 1 of an on-vehicle electronic apparatus having a heat-dissipating cover 6 formed from an aluminum plate on a rear part thereof, the aluminum plate has a plate thickness of 0.6-4.0 mm, thermal conductivity of 190 W/(m K) or more and emissivity of an outer surface of 0.75 or more, and comes in contact with a built-in electric component 11. An area of the heat-dissipating cover 6 is preferably 50% or more of the area of the rear part 6 of the housing 1. As the aluminum plate of the heat-dissipating cover 6, a heat-dissipating precoat aluminum plate can be used which is obtained by coating a resin coating film having high emissivity onto one surface or both surfaces of an aluminum rolled plate, and baking the resin coating film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】軽量で、内蔵する電子部品の発熱を高い放熱効率で外部に放熱できる車載電子機器の筐体を提供する。【解決手段】アルミニウム板からなる放熱カバー6を背面部に有する車載電子機器の筐体1であって、前記アルミニウム板は、板厚が0.6〜4.0mm、熱伝導率が190W/(m・K)以上、外側表面の放射率が0.75以上であり、内蔵する電子部品11と接触する。放熱カバー6の占める面積が、筐体1の背面部6の面積の50%以上であることが好ましい。放熱カバー6のアルミニウム板として、アルミニウム圧延板の片面又は両面に放射率の高い樹脂被膜を塗布・焼付けして得られる放熱プレコートアルミニウム板を用いることができる。【選択図】図1
