PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately measure the vibration characteristic even for a structure in which a vibration measurement device is difficult to be installed.SOLUTION: A device for vibrating and vibration-measuring a structure using a remote-controllable rotary-wing aircraft 300 includes: fixing means 20 for fixing the rotary-wing aircraft 300 to the structure; rotation axis position adjusting means 40 for adjusting, with respect to the outer surface of the structure, the direction of a rotation axis 31 of a rotary wing 30 disposed in the rotary-wing aircraft 300; vibration controlling means 50 for sweep-vibrating the structure while changing the rotation speed of the rotary wing 30; and vibration measuring means 60 for measuring the vibration applied to the structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
