PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an erroneous determination prevention device which prevents erroneous determination of failure of an angular velocity sensor when vibration occurred at the time that a manual hand-brake is pulled affects measuring data of the angular velocity sensor.SOLUTION: In an erroneous determination prevention device, a yaw rate sensor 111 outputs, when measuring data having frequency component strength of which is more than a predetermined reference strength is detected in a high frequency band which is more than a predetermined reference frequency, an error status in addition to the measuring data to the CPU 115. A determination unit 116 increases, a travel speed of the vehicle detected by a velocity sensor 120 is less than the predetermined reference speed in which a driver possibly operates a hand brake 400 for braking, a prescribed number of times of determination in comparison with a case that the travel speed is not less than the reference speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】手動式のサイドブレーキが引かれた際に発生する振動が、角速度センサの計測データに影響を及ぼすことで、角速度センサが故障したと誤判定されることを防止する。【解決手段】ヨーレートセンサ111は、所定の基準周波数を超える高周波帯域に、所定の基準強度以上の周波数成分を持つ計測データを検出した場合、当該計測データにエラーステータスを付加して、CPU115に出力する。判定部116は、速度センサ120により検知された車両の走行速度が、ドライバーによってサイドブレーキ400が制動側に操作される可能性のある所定の基準速度より小さい場合、走行速度が基準速度より小さくない場合に比べて規定回数を増大させる。【選択図】図1
