PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure required anti-icing performance while continuing supply of bleed air to an anti-icing device of an aircraft.SOLUTION: An anti-icing system 1 includes: a pre-cooler 4 which performs heat exchange between bleed air and outside air; an anti-icing device 2 which is supplied with bleed air passed through the pre-cooler 4; and an anti-icing controller 11 which adjusts a flow rate of the bleed air supplied to the anti-icing device 2. A section 112 for adjusting the flow rate of bleed air supplied to the anti-icing device 2 adjusts the flow rate of bleed air so that pressure p of bleed air is a pressure upper limit value or less by using: a relationship r1 that is a relationship between altitude and the pressure upper limit value being an upper limit of pressure p of the bleed air; and a relationship r2 that is a relationship between outside air temperature, when a temperature t of the bleed air reaches an allowable temperature AT allowed in a duct and the like in which the bleed air flows, and the pressure upper limit value being the upper limit of pressure p of the bleed air, and that is given according to the altitude.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
