PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control information creation device coping with various traveling conditions by performing reliable position detection for automatic driving, and calculating and outputting control parameters according to a peripheral situation and traveling condition of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle control information creation device for a vehicle to perform automatic driving includes: a user's vehicle position output part for outputting a present user's vehicle position based on satellite information received from a satellite positioning system, output of a gyro sensor for detecting a vehicle state quantity of the vehicle, and a vehicle speed from a vehicle speed sensor; a target traveling route derivation part for deriving a target traveling route for a target point from map data, the present user's vehicle position, and a preset target point; and a vehicle control quantity calculation part for calculating control parameters for the vehicle to travel to the target traveling route from the target traveling route and the present user's vehicle position.     【課題】自動運転向けの信頼性のある位置検出と車両の周辺状況や走行状況に応じた制御パラメータを演算して出力し様々な走行条件に対応する車両制御情報生成装置を得る。【解決手段】車両が自動運転を行うための車両制御情報生成装置において、衛星測位システムから受信した衛星情報と前記車両の車両状態量を検出するジャイロセンサの出力と車速センサからの車速に基づいて現在自車位置を出力する自車位置出力部と、地図データと前記現在自車位置と予め設定した目標地点より、前記目標地点に向かう目標走行経路を導出する目標走行経路導出部と、前記目標走行経路と前記現在自車位置から、前記車両が前記目標走行経路へ走行するための制御パラメータを演算する車両制御量演算部と、を備え、前記車両の走行制御を実施する外部の車両制御装置に前記制御パラメータを出力する。【選択図】図2
