PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear part vehicle body structure of an automobile with a storage type roof that can prevent interference between a link mechanism of a rear-side opening/closing body, and other members and a vehicle body in a case of a vehicle rear collision with simple constitution.SOLUTION: A rear part vehicle body structure of an automobile with a storage type roof is characterized in that: the storage type roof comprises a link mechanism 60 supporting a rear-side opening/closing body 10; a base end part of the link mechanism 60 is fitted to a rear-part vehicle body 13; a front-side free end part of the link mechanism 60 is fitted to the rear-side opening/closing body 10 through a bracket 50; links 53, 54 and a bracket 50 which constitute the link mechanism 60 are provided with bending acceleration parts 53c, 54c and 50d which accelerate bending to vehicle width-directionally outer sides if the vehicle-body rear part deforms owing to a rear collision; and the rear-part vehicle body is provided with a space that the links 53, 54 can enter between the links 53, 54 and a side wall part on a front side outside in the vehicle width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】車両後突時において後側開閉体のリンク機構と他部材や車体との干渉を、簡易な構成にて防止することができる格納式ルーフ付き自動車の後部車体構造の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】格納式ルーフは後側開閉体10を支持するリンク機構60を備え、リンク機構60の基端部は後部車体13に取付けられ、リンク機構60の前側遊端部はブラケット50を介して後側開閉体10に取付けられており、リンク機構60を構成するリンク53,54およびブラケット50には、後突による車体後部の変形時に、車幅方向外側への屈曲を促進する屈曲促進部53c,54c,50dが設けられ、後部車体には、リンク53,54と車幅方向外側前方の側壁部との間にリンク53,54が進入可能な空間が設けられたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図6
