PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock absorber capable or absorbing shocks to be treated when a weight of seats are reduced as much as possible by using FRP as a material of completely all main members for front and rear legs.SOLUTION: A shock absorber comprises a left half body 31 and a right half body 32 for holding a lower end part of a front leg 2 made of a composite material, and having I-shaped cross section. Holding guides 33A, 33B for fitting respective lower end parts of flange parts 17, 17 of the I-shaped cross section are provided to both of the left half body and the right half body. A web part breaking surface 34 on which a lower end of a web part 16 is placed, is formed on either one of the left half body and the right half body. A scrap discharge port 37 for discharging web scraps 16a to the X direction from the breaking surface, is formed near the web part breaking surface. The shock absorber further comprises: a direction-change surface 38 for bending the flange part 17; and a lead-out port 39 for dividing direction-changed flange-bent articles 17b into two groups and discharging them to the Y direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】前脚、後脚における主部材の完全なFRP化により座席の可及的な軽量化を図った場合に直面する衝撃吸収を可能にした吸収装置を提案する。【解決手段】I形断面した複合材製前脚2の下端部位を保持する左半体31および右半体32が備えられる。その左半体および右半体のいずれにもI形断面のフランジ部17,17それぞれの下端部を嵌着させる保持ガイド33A,33Bが設けられる。左半体および右半体のいずれかにはウェブ部16の下端を乗載させるウェブ部破砕面34が形成され、破砕面からのウェブ屑16aをX方向へ放出させる排屑口37がウェブ部破砕面の傍らに形成される。加えて、フランジ部17を折曲させる変向面38ならびに変向されたフランジ曲折帯状物17bを二手に別けてY方向へ排出させる導出口39が設けられる。【選択図】図1
