PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a windshield plate that has excellent durability against ultraviolet rays, and as a result, in which scratch resistance against impact is kept over a long period of time, and to provide a vehicle with the windshield plate having excellent reliability.SOLUTION: A windshield plate 100 has a base material 1 formed by using a material containing a thermoplastic resin and a coat layer 2 that is provided on at least one surface side of the base material 1 and is formed by using a resin composition containing a silicon-modified (meth)acrylic resin. The windshield plate 100 satisfies the following requirement A after the coat layer 2 has been irradiated with ultraviolet rays for 3,000 hours using a sunshine weatherometer. Requirement A: When the windshield plate 100 is subjected to a falling sand abrasion resistance test in accordance with ASTM D673, in which 800 [g] of specified sand is dropped onto the coat layer, and a difference between a haze before the falling sand abrasion resistance test and a haze after the falling sand abrasion resistance test is defined as a haze increment (800 [g]), the haze increment (800 [g]) is 10 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】優れた紫外線に対する耐久性を備え、その結果、衝撃に対する耐擦傷性が長期に亘って維持された風防板、および、かかる風防板を備える信頼性に優れた車両を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の風防板100は、熱可塑性樹脂を含む材料を用いて形成された基材1と、この基材1の少なくとも一方の面側に設けられ、シリコン変性(メタ)アクリル樹脂を含む樹脂組成物を用いて形成されたコート層2とを有している。そして、コート層2にサンシャインウエザオメーターを用いて紫外線を3000時間照射した後において、風防板100は、下記要件Aを満足する。要件A:風防板100は、ASTM D673で規定された落砂摩耗試験に準拠して規定砂800[g]を前記コート層に向かって落下させ、前記落砂摩耗試験前のヘイズと前記落砂摩耗試験後のヘイズとの大きさの差をヘイズ増加量(800[g])としたとき、該ヘイズ増加量(800[g])が10以下となる。【選択図】図1
