PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a charge-discharge device and a power supply device, which make it possible to take countermeasure against the increase in internal resistance and the decrease in capacity in a power-storage part at a low temperature, and which are arranged in structures easier to decrease a low-temperature charging time.SOLUTION: In a running-vehicle state, a charge-discharge device 2 sets a charging-target voltage of a power-storage part 90 higher as the temperature detected by a storage battery temperature detector circuit 14 is low. In a vehicle operation-stopped state, the charge-discharge device sets the charging-target voltage to a value lower than that in the running-vehicle state and higher as the temperature detected by the storage battery temperature detector circuit 14 is low. In any of the running-vehicle state and the vehicle operation-stopped state, the charge-discharge device performs charge/discharge control arranged so as to make a charging voltage of the power-storage part 90 closer to the charging-target voltage, based on the set charging-target voltage and the charging voltage of the power-storage part 90 detected by a storage battery-side voltage detector circuit 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】低温時における蓄電部での内部抵抗の増加と容量の減少について対策し得る充放電装置及び電源装置を、低温時の充電時間をより低減しやすい構成で実現する。【解決手段】充放電装置2は、車両動作状態のとき、蓄電池温度検出回路14によって検出される温度が低いほど蓄電部90の充電目標電圧を高く設定し、車両動作停止状態のときには、充電目標電圧を車両動作状態のときよりも低い値とし且つ蓄電池温度検出回路14によって検出された温度が低いほど値が高くなるように設定する。そして、車両動作状態及び車両動作停止状態のいずれの状態でも、設定された充電目標電圧と、蓄電池側電圧検出回路24が検出する蓄電部90の充電電圧とに基づき、蓄電部90の充電電圧を充電目標電圧に近づける充放電制御を行う。【選択図】図1
