PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that follows and runs a route close to an ideal route.SOLUTION: A first radio device 10a can be loaded onto a vehicle. An acquisition unit 50 acquires positional information on the vehicle loaded with the first radio device 10a. A derivation unit 52 derives difference between the positional information acquired by the acquisition unit 50 and an ideal route of the first radio device 10a. A communication unit 56 transmits a packet signal including the difference derived by the derivation unit 52 and the positional information acquired by the acquisition unit 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
