PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install a plasma actuator at an optimum position even to an object such as a three-dimensionally shaped airfoil for wind power generation, an aircraft, a gas turbine or the like, or an outer wall of an automobile such as a truck or the like, while influence on mounting area and a surrounding fluid flow is kept to a minimum.SOLUTION: In the case of an object comprising insulating material, conductive wire and a thin film (5) with conductivity are mounted to a surface thereof so as to face each other, and pulse voltage is applied between the conductive wire and the thin film. In the case of an object comprising conductive material, insulation-coated conductive wire (3) comprising conductive wire subjected to insulation coating is mounted to the surface thereof, and pulse voltage is applied between the object and the conductive wire. Consequently, along the circumference of the conductive wire, surface plasma is generated, and an induced air current is generated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】 風力発電・航空機・ガスタービン等の3次元形状の翼型や、トラック等の自動車外壁等の対象物に対しても、取り付け面積、周辺の流体流れに与える影響を最小限にとどめた上で、プラズマアクチュエータを最適位置に簡単に装着できるようにする。【解決手段】 絶縁材料からなる対象物の場合、その表面に導電ワイヤと、導電性の薄膜(5)を互いに対向するよう取り付け、導電ワイヤと薄膜との間にパルス電圧を印加する。また、導電性材料からなる対象物の場合、その表面に絶縁被覆を施した導電ワイヤからなる絶縁被覆導線(3)を取り付け、対象物と導電ワイヤとの間にパルス電圧を印加する。これにより、導電ワイヤの周囲に沿って表面プラズマを発生させ、誘起気流を発生させる。【選択図】 図1
