The contact force difference value can be balanced, and stable and effective work of the pantograph is guaranteed; the small air deflector can offset overturning torque generated by the pantograph after being affected by airflow, it is guaranteed that the contact force between the front sliding plate and the contact net is consistent with the contact force between the rear sliding plate and the contact net, and the problems of inconsistent abrasion and the like are avoided.
