PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness manufacturing method and a manufacturing device which are capable of efficiently manufacturing a wire harness having a wiring bundle, a holding part for holding the wiring bundle, and an engagement part assembled on a vehicle body and also capable of dealing with the engagement parts of different shapes, and to provide a wire harness as well as a holding component manufactured thereby.SOLUTION: In order to manufacture a wire harness 1 having an engagement part 11 for being attached to a vehicle body and a holding part 12 for holding a wiring bundle 50, used is a metal mold 20 which has a wiring bundle placement hole 205 through which the wiring bundle 50 is placed, a cyclic holding part molding space 202 that surrounds an outer circumference of the placed wiring bundle 50, and an engagement part placement space 201 that communicates with the holding part molding space 202. In the engagement part placement space 201, an insert component 110 that is prepared in advance to be the engagement part 11 afterward is placed. A molten resin is flown from a through-hole 110H of the insert component 110 to fill the holding part molding space 202, and cooled for solidification.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13

    【課題】配線束と、その配線束を保持する保持部と、車体に組み付けられる係合部と、を有したワイヤーハーネスを効率的に製造可能で、かつ形状の異なる係合部にも対応可能となるワイヤーハーネスの製造方法及び製造装置と、それにより製造されるワイヤーハーネス及び保持部品と、を提供する。【解決手段】 車体に取り付けるための係合部11と、配線束50を保持する保持部12とを有したワイヤーハーネス1を製造するために、配線束50が貫通配置される配線束配置孔205と、配置された配線束50の外周を取り囲む環状の保持部成形空間202と、保持部成形空間202と連通する係合部配置空間201と、を有した金型20を用いる。係合部配置空間201には、後に係合部11となる予め用意されたインサート部品110を配置する。溶融樹脂は、インサート部品110の貫通孔110Hから流入させて、保持部成形空間202を充填し、冷却固化させる。【選択図】図13
