PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate, sheet, and article which, in a water-repellent plate, sheet, and article, can repel water and permeate.SOLUTION: The plate, sheet, and article that can repel water and permeate are formed not by covering all surfaces of a plate, sheet, and article (1), which can permeate, with protrusions in order to obtain maximum water repellent performance or a lotus effect, but by providing a 70% or more area of a permeable portion (3) other than protrusions, that is, providing a gap portion other than the protrusions, while maintaining the water repellent performance or lotus effect, by disposing protrusions (2) for water repellency dispersed, disposing the same linearly, disposing the same curvedly, or drawing a pattern.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
