PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular battery mounting structure which can avoid damage of a vehicular battery while preventing falling of the vehicular battery from a vehicle body during a side collision.SOLUTION: A vehicular battery mounting structure includes: a floor panel 1 in which a tunnel section 11 is formed; a tunnel side frame 3; a floor frame 2 which constitutes a closed section outside the tunnel side frame 3; a battery 4 which is mounted between the tunnel side frame 3 and the floor frame 2 and on a lower side of the floor panel 1; conversion means T which converts a load for displacing the floor frame 2 inward in a vehicle width direction into a load for displacing the battery 4 downward; and rotation allowable support means S which rotatably supports the battery 4 around a rotation section extending in a longitudinal direction. The rotation allowable support means S is constituted of a hinge mechanism 20 which is fixed to an outside wall section 3a of the tunnel side frame 3.
