PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately control travelling of an own vehicle in order to avoid the collision between the own vehicle and a moving object while reducing an unsafe feeling of an occupant on the basis of movement information to be acquired from a detection device loaded in the own vehicle and movement information to be acquired from an external device as to the moving object around the own vehicle.SOLUTION: In S402, a travelling information unit is configured to acquire a location and vehicle speed of an own vehicle as travelling information, and in S408, a second information unit is configured to acquire a location and speed of a moving object as second movement information. In S410, when it is judged that the own vehicle collides with the moving object, in S412, a travelling control unit is configured to control travelling of the own vehicle for avoiding the collision between the own vehicle and the moving object on the basis of a second amount of avoidance to be set by a second amount-of-avoidance unit, in which the second amount of avoidance is smaller than a first amount of avoidance to be set on the basis of the travelling information and first movement information on the moving object to be acquired from an on-vehicle detection device, as an amount of control of travelling control, and is later than that as an execution start timing of the travelling control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】自車両の周囲の移動物体について、自車両に搭載された検出装置から取得する移動情報と、車外装置から取得する移動情報とに基づいて、乗員の不安感を低減しつつ、自車両と移動物体との衝突を回避するために自車両の走行を適切に制御する。【解決手段】S402において走行情報部は、走行情報として自車両の位置と車速とを取得し、S408において第2の情報部は、第2の移動情報として移動物体の位置と速度とを取得する。S410において自車両と移動物体とが衝突すると判定されると、S412において走行制御部は、第2の回避量部が設定する第2の回避量に基づいて、自車両と移動物体との衝突を回避するために自車両の走行を制御する。第2の回避量は、走行情報と車載の検出装置から取得する移動物体の第1の移動情報とに基づいて設定される第1の回避量よりも、走行制御の制御量としては小さく、走行制御の実行開始タイミングとしては遅い。【選択図】図5
