PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-receiving device capable of calculating a received power with good accuracy by a voltage sensor and a current sensor of a power storage device even if a load consuming a received power is connected between a power-receiving inductor which receives a power from a power transmission device in a non-contact manner, and the voltage sensor and current sensor of the power storage device.SOLUTION: An air conditioner 340 and a DCDC converter 350 (loads) are connected in an electric path between a power-receiving inductor 312 and a power storage device 360. Relay circuits 345 and 355 are provided between the electric path and the loads. A charging ECU 370 calculates a received power from outputs of a voltage sensor 390 and current sensor 392 while the power-receiving inductor 312 receives a power. The charging ECU 370 opens the relay circuits 345 and 355 in the middle of power receiving by the power-receiving inductor 312.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
