PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system capable of highly reliable communication.SOLUTION: A mobile communication system 100 includes: an on-vehicle terminal 300 which includes an antenna to be used in a vehicle 4 for a selective resource to communicate using a selected resource, to perform radio communication using the antenna for the selective resource; and a base station 200 to be communicated with the on-vehicle terminal 300. There are provided: a propagation path characteristic acquisition unit which acquires propagation path characteristic information, which is information related to a propagation path characteristic between a reference antenna, having a common antenna characteristic at least including an antenna type to the antenna for the selective resource, and the base station 200, in an associative manner with a future communication position; and a resource selection unit which, based on the propagation path characteristic information acquired by the propagation path characteristic acquisition unit, selects a resource to be used for communication between the on-vehicle terminal 300 and the base station 200 at a communication position, before the antenna for the selective resource of the on-vehicle terminal 300 is positioned at the communication position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】信頼性の高い通信が行える移動通信システムを提供する。【解決手段】車両4で用いられ、選択されたリソースで通信するための選択リソース用アンテナを備え、選択リソース用アンテナを用いて無線通信を行う車載端末300と、車載端末300の通信対象となる基地局200とを備えた移動通信システム100であって、アンテナ形式を少なくとも含むアンテナ特性が選択リソース用アンテナと共通する参照アンテナと基地局200との間の伝搬路特性に関する情報である伝搬路特性情報を、将来の通信位置に対応付けて取得する伝搬路特性取得部と、伝搬路特性取得部が取得した伝搬路特性情報に基づいて、通信位置において車載端末300と基地局200との通信に用いるリソースを、車載端末300の選択リソース用アンテナが通信位置に位置する前に選択するリソース選択部とを備える。【選択図】図1
